Key Responsibilities:

1. Scientific Communications & Document Development

  • Develop and manage regulatory documents such as protocols, amendments, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports.
  • Collect, evaluate, and synthesize scientific data to create clear and compelling regulatory documents.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate internal and external expert reviews and manage document updates based on feedback.

2. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead the writing process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documents.
  • Establish and communicate project timelines to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

3. Knowledge Development & Sharing

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, regulatory guidelines, and publication standards.
  • Participate in scientific and clinical planning discussions.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, sharing best practices.
