Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Executive/Sr Executive in Regulatory Affairs will manage critical regulatory documentation and submissions while ensuring compliance with API-related guidelines. Key duties include:
- Regulatory Submissions: Prepare, submit, and oversee regulatory filings for API products, including drug applications, amendments, and variations, ensuring complete adherence to industry regulations.
- Documentation Management: Maintain, update, and manage essential regulatory documents such as Drug Master Files (DMFs) and technical files.
- Compliance Assurance: Stay current with regulatory guidelines, assess any changes, and offer strategic recommendations to ensure continuous compliance.
- Communication with Authorities: Engage with regulatory bodies, handling inquiries, requests, and inspection-related documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to provide regulatory guidance on API development and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Requirement: MSc in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry).
- Experience: 2-7 years of hands-on experience in API Regulatory Affairs.
