3. Qualification and Skills Requirements
Natco Pharma is seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: BSc or MSc in Chemistry is required.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in API production; fresh graduates from 2022, 2023, or 2024 are encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Knowledge in handling API equipment and production batch processes.
- Strong understanding of cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Previous experience in API production with regulatory exposure is preferred (though not mandatory for freshers).
