Sundhet Laboratories Pvt Ltd, a unit of the Hetero Group, is organizing a walk-in interview for various roles in Production, Microbiology, and Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC). This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in injectables. Job Positions and Requirements

1. Production Roles

Location: Karakapatla, Telangana
Positions Available:

• Operator
• Executive

Qualifications Required:

• Operator: BSc, ITI, Diploma
• Executive: B Pharm, M Pharm, MSc (Chemistry)
• Experience: 1 to 8 years

Job Responsibilities:
Candidates applying for Production roles must have hands-on experience in injectable manufacturing, specifically in:

• Vial Washing and Depyrogenation
• Filling and Sealing
• Autoclave Operations
• Lyophilization
• Garment Washing Machines

Additionally, executives will be responsible for supervising shop floor activities, overseeing both aseptic and non-aseptic areas, and ensuring compliance with QMS (Quality Management Systems) and training protocols.

2. Microbiology Roles

Location: Karakapatla, Telangana
Positions Available:

• Senior Officer
• Executive

Qualifications Required:

• MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology
• Experience: 1 to 5 years

Job Responsibilities:
Microbiology candidates should have prior experience in environmental monitoring, water testing, and in-process sampling. Key responsibilities include:

• Analysis of bulk water and finished product samples
• Microbial Limit Tests (MLT)
• Bioburden Testing
• Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET)
• Sterility Testing
• Antibiotic Assay
• Conducting Preservative Efficacy Testing (PET)

3. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA & QC) Roles

Location: Karakapatla, Telangana
Positions Available:

• Senior Officer
• Executive

Qualifications Required:

• B Pharm, M Pharm, MSc (Chemistry)
• Experience: 1 to 6 years

Job Responsibilities:
Candidates for QA & QC roles should have experience in injectable manufacturing and be proficient in:

• In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
• Validation and Qualification Processes
• Raw Material and Packing Material Sampling
• Method Validation and Transfer
• Finished Product Stability Testing

They will also be responsible for reviewing quality systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
