Responsibilities of the Technical Support Executive
As a Technical Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of lab processes and client services. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Client Support: Address technical queries from clients and provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Lab Operations Assistance: Support the research and testing teams in executing molecular diagnostics procedures.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports for internal and client use.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D and quality control departments to ensure high-quality output.
- Training: Assist in the training of new staff and ensure compliance with lab safety protocols.
Qualification and Skills Required
