Job Overview: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: UP & Bihar (Head Office in Jankipuram, Lucknow)
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in Pharma or Life Sciences

As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, managing a team of medical representatives, and driving growth in your assigned region. Your role will involve building relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring product visibility, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned region.
• Manage, coach, and mentor the medical representative team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Pharma, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharma sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

As a Medical Representative (MR), you will serve as the key point of contact between Accosts Remedies and healthcare professionals. You’ll promote and sell the company’s products, ensuring doctors and pharmacists are informed about the benefits and uses of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Accosts Remedies products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by ensuring product demand.
• Organize appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.
• Collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Pharma, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
