Role: Clinical Research Coordinator

• Location: Bengaluru and Hubli, Karnataka
• Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Dognosis, you will be responsible for managing the clinical study operations, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data, and supporting participants throughout the research process. Your role will involve coordinating participant activities, preparing sample collection kits, overseeing data management, and ensuring the study’s overall quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the clinical study, ensuring smooth execution.
• Prepare and manage sample collection kits for participants.
• Maintain accurate data management and documentation throughout the study.
• Ensure the study complies with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Communicate effectively with study participants, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications and Skills

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, health sciences, pharmacy, clinical research, or a related field.
• Strong interest in clinical research and innovative healthcare technologies.
• Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Willingness to relocate to Hubli, Karnataka.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulations related to clinical studies.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
