CSIR-IICT is conducting a walk-in-interview on 10th September 2024 for the following temporary positions under various sponsored projects. Eligible candidates can appear for the interview by registering between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM on the interview day with the required documents.

Position Details:

1. Senior Project Associate (Innovative Process & Technologies for Crop Protection Chemicals – Agromission-2)
   Emoluments: ₹42,000 + HRA
   Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry with 4 years of experience in Organic Chemistry
   Desirable: Experience in multi-step synthesis
   Upper Age Limit: 40 years
2. Senior Project Associate (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients for Affordable Health Care)
   Emoluments: ₹42,000 + HRA
   Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry with 4 years of experience in Organic Synthesis
   Desirable: Multi-step organic synthesis experience
   Upper Age Limit: 40 years
3. Senior Project Associate (Discovery of Small Molecule based Cancer Immunotherapeutics)
   Emoluments: ₹42,000 + HRA
   Essential Qualification: M.Pharm in Pharmacology/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry with 2 years of research experience
   Desirable: Cell culture, Docking, Animal studies
   Upper Age Limit: 40 years
4. Project Associate – II (Hydrodynamic Cavitation Assisted Mechano-Chemical Process)
   Emoluments: ₹35,000 + HRA (for NET/GATE-qualified candidates); ₹28,000 + HRA (for others)
   Essential Qualification: B.Tech in Chemical/ Environmental Engineering with 2 years of experience
   Desirable: GATE qualified
   Upper Age Limit: 35 years
5. Project Associate – II (Green & Sustainable Production of PBAT for Biomass & Plastic Waste)
   Emoluments: ₹28,000 + HRA
   Essential Qualification: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc in Chemistry with 2 years of experience
   Upper Age Limit: 35 years
6. Project Associate – I (Comprehensive Approach to Address Antimicrobial Resistance)
   Emoluments: ₹31,000 + HRA (for NET/GATE-qualified candidates); ₹25,000 + HRA (for others)
   Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry or B.Pharm
   Desirable: Organic synthesis experience
   Upper Age Limit: 35 years
7. Project Associate – I (Centre of Excellence on Polymers Coatings for Decorative, Protective, and Strategic Applications)
   Emoluments: ₹31,000 + HRA (for NET/GATE-qualified candidates); ₹25,000 + HRA (for others)
   Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry/ Polymer Science
   Desirable: R&D experience in academic or industrial settings
   Upper Age Limit: 35 years
8. Project Associate – I (Development of Non-Wetted Industrial Packaging Products)
   Emoluments: ₹25,000 + HRA
   Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Biopolymers Science/ Polymer Science
   Desirable: 2 years of experience
   Upper Age Limit: 35 years
9. Project Associate – I (Comprehensive Approach to Address Antimicrobial Resistance)
   Emoluments: ₹25,000 + HRA
   Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Microbiology/Bioinformatics/Biochemistry
   Desirable: Experience in BSL-2 facility or working with antibiotic-resistant bacteria
   Upper Age Limit: 35 years
10. Project Associate – I (Comprehensive Approach to Address Antimicrobial Resistance)
    Emoluments: ₹25,000 + HRA
    Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Life Sciences/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology
    Desirable: Experience in wastewater sampling and bioinformatics analysis
    Upper Age Limit: 35 years
