Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sterility assurance activities in aseptic processing areas
- Prepare and execute Media Fill documents and protocols
- Manage closure of Media Fill documentation post-execution
2. Quality Assurance – Smoke Studies
Position: Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Qualification: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy, MSc
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of smoke study protocols
- Execute and review smoke study footages
- Complete and manage documentation for smoke studies
3. Quality Assurance – Process Validation & Cleaning Validation
Position: Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Qualification: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy, MSc
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage process validation documents and data
- Utilize Minitab for statistical evaluations
- Manage cleaning validation processes, including MACD calculations
- Complete Process Validation (PV) and Cleaning Validation (CV) protocols
4. Quality Assurance – Operations Management System (OMS)
Position: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy, MSc
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle process and non-process incidents, CAPA, and change controls
- Coordinate investigations related to quality incidents across departments
5. Quality Assurance – Validation
Position: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy, MSc
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IQ/OQ/PQ of process equipment and utilities
- Handle validation of laboratory equipment and instruments
- Prepare and execute validation protocols and reports
