Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator at Clario, you will play a vital role in supporting our Project Management team throughout the study lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with Planning and Setup: Collaborate in database setup, study documentation development, and equipment distribution/tracking.
- Monitoring: Contribute to report creation/distribution and archival of study documentation.
- Closeout Phases: Coordinate Project Assurance meetings, compile meeting minutes, and track action items.
Supporting Financial Components Of Study Management Including:
- Assisting with documentation/database updates due to scope changes.
- Following up on invoice reconciliations.
- Preparing reports to support study forecasting activities.
- Facilitating issue management by documenting and tracking progress, ensuring timely resolution of customer escalations.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field (or related industry).
- Knowledge of the drug development process.
- Experience or knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Detail-oriented and responsive to inquiries and requests.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
