    Job Description:

    As a Project Coordinator at Clario, you will play a vital role in supporting our Project Management team throughout the study lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

    1. Assisting with Planning and Setup: Collaborate in database setup, study documentation development, and equipment distribution/tracking.
    2. Monitoring: Contribute to report creation/distribution and archival of study documentation.
    3. Closeout Phases: Coordinate Project Assurance meetings, compile meeting minutes, and track action items.

    Supporting Financial Components Of Study Management Including:

    • Assisting with documentation/database updates due to scope changes.
    • Following up on invoice reconciliations.
    • Preparing reports to support study forecasting activities.
    • Facilitating issue management by documenting and tracking progress, ensuring timely resolution of customer escalations.

    What We Look For:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field (or related industry).
    • Knowledge of the drug development process.
    • Experience or knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus.
    • Good organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.
    • Detail-oriented and responsive to inquiries and requests.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
