Position Details

As a PV_QA_Jr Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and quality in pharmacovigilance activities. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing various safety reports, conducting audits, and interacting with sponsors and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), periodic safety update reports, and other relevant safety documents to identify ICSRs and safety trends.
• Conducting reviews of Medical Review, Quality Review, Medical Enquiries, Pharmacovigilance Management Plan, Safety Data Exchange Agreement, and other related processes.
• Reviewing Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) and Summary of The Pharmacovigilance System (sPhVS).
• Understanding the database structure for pharmacovigilance-related activities.
• Participating in signal detection, evaluation, and management of authorized medicinal products.
• Conducting system audits and vendor audits related to pharmacovigilance activities.
• Preparing for and facing sponsor and regulatory inspections, as well as addressing queries and observations.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications and experience are required:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with safety databases and related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
