About the Trial Data Management Department

Established in September 2007, our Trial Data Management department in Bangalore has grown into a dynamic team with professionals from diverse backgrounds such as pharmacy, life sciences, computer sciences, and business administration. Our key objective is to ensure high-quality data delivery to stakeholders throughout key stages of trial setup, conduct, and closeout.

Position Overview

As an Associate Data Manager, you will:

• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of discrepancy management activities for assigned projects
• Following the most recent DM guidelines, examine the fundamental data and disparities from a DM perspective.
• Determine the risks and take preventive or mitigating measures.
• Continue to communicate and collaborate with the Trial Data Management group.
• Carry out database User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in accordance with the Clinical Project Lead’s instructions.

Qualifications Required

• Natural or biological science master’s or bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent
• ideally a computer science degree or experience comparable to it
• 0–2 years of experience managing data, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
• Being familiar with clinical development is beneficial.
• strong presentation, negotiating, and communication abilities
• the capacity to act pro-actively and independently on complex tasks
