Position: Technical Trainee / Research Associate

Qualification : MSc. (General / Organic) Chemistry

Experience : 0 to 5 years’ experience.

Department: Medicinal Chemistry

Job Location: Bangalore

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out synthesis and characterisation of novel bioactive molecules towards a wide range of novel protein targets.

• Work on organic synthesis with a broad knowledge of modern organic chemistry and synthetic methods: heterocyclic chemistry, metal catalysed reactions, multi-step synthesis.

• Work with a wide range of techniques in synthesis, purification and spectroscopic characterization of novel compounds (NMR, LCMS, HPLC, etc.).

• Maintain Lab notebook.

• Understanding of systems and process pertaining to safety, health and environment.
