About the Department & Responsibilities

Position Title: Executive,  Sr. Executive
Reports to: Head of Department
Department: Packing – Supervisor
Location: Zydus Lifesciences Limited, Changodar (Topical), Ahmedabad.

Key Job Description:

• Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Work in accordance with cGMP and GDP standards.
  • Daily and monthly production planning and reporting.
  • Maintain planning, scheduling, and achieve production with optimum resource utilization.
• Documentation and Quality Assurance
  • Review documentation and ensure completeness.
  • Certify areas and equipment for the next activity.
  • Perform filling of products as per Batch Record.
• Process Oversight
  • Ensure cleanliness of the area and machines.
  • Perform line clearance of the filling machine.
  • Organize and coordinate training of subordinates and workers.
• Regulatory Compliance
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure online batch documentation with good documentation practices.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Qualification: B Pharm, M Pharm
Years of Experience: 07 – 11 years

Experience/Exposure in:

• Knowledge and experience in regulatory audits.
• Faced audits like USFDA, MHRA, MCC, and ANVISA, etc.
