Job Description
Role: Technology Transfer
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale up, Technology Transfer, and exhibit batches for commercial products.
- Site Transfer of approved products between facilities.
- Evaluation and selection of optimal batch sizes using scientific scale-up techniques.
- Preparation and review of Master batch documents, Validation protocols, and reports.
- Coordination with Regulatory, Production, PPMC, QC, QA, and other functions for Technology Transfer activities.
- Revalidation, technical troubleshooting, batch size changes, and alternate vendor development.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for the Technology Transfer role, candidates must have:
- B.Pharma/M.Pharma qualification
- 2-8 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to regulated plants with approvals from USFDA, MHRA, etc.
- Hands-on experience in cGMP practices and Good Documentation Practices
