Job Description:

Role: Sr. Executive / Executive Purification Specialist

Industry Type: Pharmaceuticals

Department: Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)

Educational Background Required: BSc or MSc chemistry or equivalent.

Key Skills: HPLC Method Development, Purification Techniques, Instrument Calibration

Responsibilities:

1. Develop HPLC methods and purify samples using Prep HPLC in both Normal and Reverse Phases.
2. Handle different Preparative HPLC Systems like YMC DAC, Agilent, and Flash systems.
3. Conduct feasibility studies of prep samples and generate final data.
4. Purify and isolate Chiral and Achiral samples from milligram to gram level.
5. Prepare mobile phase as per specifications.
6. Ensure purity of fractions by distillation based on product nature and yield calculations.
7. Maintain sample and standard solutions under protective conditions.
8. Update all relevant log books and raw data.
9. Calibrate instruments as per Standard Calibration Procedure & Schedule.
10. Provide daily work updates and reports to the reporting manager.
11. Adhere to lab safety guidelines and Good Laboratory Practices.
