Position Details:

Designation: Sr Executive to Asst Manager
Department: Manufacturing- Down Stream Process (mAbs)
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in the day-to-day activities of the downstream process.
• Provide technical leadership to junior staff involved in downstream process activities.
• Operate AKTA Process systems efficiently.
• Assist supervisors in critical activities during tech transfer and scale-up.
• Scale up purification processes.
• Oversee shop floor production activities in a cGMP mAbs Protein Fractionation Facility.
• Handle Ion exchange Chromatography AKTA processes, CIP, and SIP skid systems.
• Manage Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Depth Filtration, etc.
• Maintain online Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), daily log sheets, and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: B. Tech, M. Tech, M. Sc, or B. Sc in Biotech or relevant field.
• Experience: 5 to 6 years in downstream processing in the biotech industry.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in handling AKTA Process systems.
  • Experience in scale-up of purification processes.
  • Expertise in Ion exchange Chromatography, CIP, and SIP skid systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) and Depth Filtration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
