 Job Role & Key Responsibilities

Senior Coder / Quality Analyst

Key Specialties:

• Emergency Department (ED) – Facility Coding
• Radiology Coding
• Surgery Coding

Responsibilities:

• Accurately assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and coding guidelines.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure coding accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members for case discussions and audits.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Educational Background & Certifications

• Graduation in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Paramedical, or Healthcare-related fields (B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, etc.)
• Certification (any one mandatory): CPC, CRC, CCS, or COC

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year to 5 years of relevant experience in medical coding

Preferred Skills

• Good understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
