Key Responsibilities

As part of the QA Cleaning Validation team, your core responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and applying current regulatory requirements for cleaning validation.
• Preparing comprehensive Cleaning Validation Protocols, Validation Master Plans, and Validation Reports.
• Developing cleaning validation matrices based on worst-case identification using MACO, solubility, and surface area calculations.
• Performing swab sampling and rinse sampling techniques effectively.
• Demonstrating knowledge of DEHT/CEHT systems and campaign cleaning practices.
• Conducting visual inspections of direct and indirect product contact parts.
