Qualifications:
- B.Sc. / B.Pharm with MBA in Marketing (or equivalent)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 15 years of experience in pharma product management
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing and communication strategies for assigned brands
- Analyze sales and market data to drive decision-making
- Plan and execute brand strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns
- Address scientific queries and liaise with field teams
- Conduct product training sessions, medical conferences, and team meets
- Participate in fieldwork and collaborate with field HQs for brand positioning
