Role & Responsibilities:

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) (Executive – 3-8 Yrs of Exp) (MSc, M Pharmacy):

• HPLC/GC method development for OSD and other markets
• Solid state characterization, microbiology expertise

Formulation & Development (FND) (Executive – 3-8 Yrs of Exp) (M Pharmacy):

• Formulation development for OSD, Oncology, and Cosmeceutical products
• Exposure to Regulated, Semi Regulated & India Markets

Project Management (Asst Manager/Exe, 5-10 Yrs) (B Pharmacy + MBA / M Pharmacy+ MBA):

• Feasibility evaluation & budget preparation for new product proposals
• Project timeline management and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication
