Job Overview: Drug Safety Reporting Senior

• Location: Remote, India

Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight: Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of safety reporting for large projects, ensuring compliance and maintaining metrics.
2. Regulatory Compliance: Recommend updates to procedures, regulatory intelligence activities, and other safety reporting initiatives.
3. Training and Support: Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members, serving as a primary point of contact in the absence of the manager.
4. Quality Control: Ensure quality and accuracy of safety reports, resolving any issues and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
5. Project Management: Monitor and lead large projects effectively, attending meetings, facilitating audits, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills and Abilities: Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, Microsoft Office proficiency, understanding of database functionality, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, leadership and mentorship skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, attention to detail, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
