Job Description
As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating, overseeing, and completing functions related to assigned trial activities
- Performing file reviews and documenting findings in appropriate systems
- Ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Communicating risks to project leads and managers
- Supporting study documentation maintenance and system management
- Providing system support for GoBalto & eTMF
- Supporting Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) activities
- Performing administrative tasks related to trial management
- Organizing client and internal meetings, including minute-taking
- Supervising local regulatory documents and transmissions
