Job Details
Role: Invitro ADME BA Scientist
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–4 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Qualification:
- MSc (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry)
- M.Pharm (from a recognized university)
Key Responsibilities
As an Invitro ADME BA Scientist at Syngene, you will:
- Conduct in vitro assays such as microsomal stability, plasma protein binding, and CYP inhibition.
- Utilize techniques like LLE, SPE, and protein precipitation for sample processing from biological matrices (e.g., plasma, serum, blood).
- Develop and validate LC-MS/MS methods for bioanalysis to support drug discovery.
- Perform routine maintenance of LC-MS/MS equipment by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle software tools like WATSON and WinNonlin for data analysis.
- Ensure adherence to Good Research Practices (GRP) and organizational safety standards.
Required Skills and Expertise
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis and basic maintenance of instruments.
- Strong knowledge of bioanalysis for in vivo (PK/TK) and in vitro ADME samples.
Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
