Job Description: As a Senior Research Associate in Discovery Biology at Syngene, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our scientific expertise and evaluating therapeutic tools in areas such as Fibrosis, Immunology, and Oncology.

Qualifications Required:

• M.S, M Pharm, M Tech, MSc in Biological Sciences
• 2-7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in biochemical assays including ELISA, Western blot, SDS-PAGE, multimode reader-based assays, etc.
• Expertise in primary cell-based assays and isolation from blood and tissues (PBMCs, PMNs, T-cells, B-cells)
• Experience in multi color flow cytometry and high content imaging assays is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct biochemical assays such as ELISA, Western blot, SDS-PAGE, and multimode reader-based assays.
• Perform primary cell-based assays and isolation from blood and tissues.
• Utilize expertise in multicolour flow cytometry and high content imaging assays.
• Contribute to building strong internal scientific expertise and introduce new techniques for therapeutic tool evaluation.
