Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Clinical Operations Policies, SOPs, and Work Instructions
• Support Clinical Monitoring staff and serve as a Sponsor representative for assigned sites
• Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and project files, including participating in audits
• Prepare site manuals, reference tools, and other documents
• Input clinical tracking information into databases and manage shared mailbox
• Coordinate site supplies, materials, and team meetings
• Handle Case Report Forms, Queries, and complete necessary training

Qualifications:

• Life Science Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of CTA experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability to new technologies
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
