Experience: Around 6-8 years in clinical study management with at least 2 years of direct multinational study management experience.

Job Description

Overview of Responsibilities

• Oversight of CRO / Other Vendors and Study Management:
  • Oversee CRO pre-site selection, site initiation, interim close-out, and co-monitoring visits.
  • Ensure compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage CROs and other vendors to meet project requirements.
  • Review clinical protocols, amendments, informed consents, CRF/source document design, and protocol-specific training documentation.
• Monitoring Project Progress and Resources:
  • Evaluate and monitor project progress and resources.
  • Ensure projects are on time and within budget.
  • Review operational aspects of trial activity and clinical protocols.
• Data Review and Monitoring:
  • Perform regular reviews of data according to monitoring guidelines.
  • Utilize systems and business technologies to document and track study progress.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Monitor, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Statistics, Data Management, QA/QC, CRO, and vendors.
  • Manage the execution of clinical trials proactively.
• Travel Requirements:
  • This position requires approximately 10% travel to domestic and international locations.
