Job Description:

Role: Team Leader – Production (Liquid Oral)

As a Team Leader at Strides, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and monitoring the manufacturing and packing processes.
• Ensuring compliance on the production floor round the clock.
• Planning and scheduling for Oral Liquid and topical dosage forms.
• Handling QMS events like Deviations, change controls, and investigations.
• Managing and leading a team, troubleshooting liquid and topical products.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Background: B Pharm , M Pharm
• Experience: 8-14 years
