Job Roles and Responsibilities

1. Facility (Housekeeping) – Formulations

Department: Facility (Housekeeping)
Designation: Executive – Facility Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in pharmaceutical formulations facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Oversee cleaning protocols and schedules.
  • Manage housekeeping staff and resources efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in housekeeping within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and cleaning standards.

2. Quality Assurance (API)

Department: Quality Assurance
Open Positions: Chemist, Officer, Executive, Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage documentation for Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Handle deviations, change controls, incidents, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct vendor qualifications and audit compliances.
  • Perform equipment qualifications and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in M.Sc, B.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.
  • 2-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of documentation preparation, QMS, and regulatory guidelines.
