Searching for a reliable and highly skilled R&D Executive (7+ years) for an emerging Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company called Sinterx Pharma Pvt Ltd. Based out of Hyderabad, Sinterx is a rising company in the Pharma CDMO industry with deep relations with various high-stakes players in this industry and a dedicated and motivated team.
Responsibilities:
1) Lead and oversee the R&D chemistry department, setting direction and managing projects to drive innovation and product development.
2) Conduct research and development activities to create processes and technologies.
3) synthesizing new process for products that are in demand in the market and improvising the process for the existing products.
4) Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and development in the field, identifying opportunities for research and development.
5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific advancements into viable commercial products.
6) Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful project completion.
7) Must have high knowledge of all the components and equipment in the laboratory and should be able to handle equipment as per GLP Guidelines.
8)Maintain a clean and safe workplace in adherence to GMP guidelines in the laboratories.
9) Periodically assessing the complete laboratory operations while giving suggestions to leadership for constant improvement.
10) minimizing wastage by researching on effective methods while following safety measures.
11) Drive intellectual property generation through patent fillings and protect the company’s innovation.
Qualifications and work experience required:
1)B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical engineering)/ M.Tech (Chemical engineering), BA/ B.Sc/ D. Pharma/ B. Pharma/ M. Pharma + MBA (desired). Candidates with any of these educational backgrounds can apply but candidates with high experience and high knowledge are the most important.
2) proven experience of 7+ in R&D chemistry, preferably in Intermediates and KSM.
3) Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
4) Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex research projects.
5) Deep understanding of chemical principles, experimental design, and analytical techniques.
6) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7) Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to drive innovation and overcome scientific challenges.
