Job Description: As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Mondelēz International, you will play a crucial role in executing the scientific and regulatory affairs strategy for your respective categories and geographical area. Your responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, executing policies and regulatory programs, and providing scientific and regulatory expertise to guide business units. You will also monitor technical regulatory developments, manage challenges, and contribute to crisis management.

Responsibilities:

• Execute scientific and regulatory affairs strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and advise on business risks and opportunities.
• Provide expertise in scientific affairs and technical regulatory developments.
• Ensure product composition, claims, and labeling compliance.
• Communicate developments in scientific and regulatory affairs to stakeholders.
• Represent the company at external meetings and advocate for company positions.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework and standards in your geographical area.
• Experience in building collaborative relationships with Food Authorities.
• Strong understanding of SARA core knowledge topics such as licensing, labeling, flavors, additives, GMO, organic, dietary, or religious suitability.
• Project management skills and proficiency in additional languages for effective communication and interpretation of laws and regulations.
