Role: Senior Principal Scientist
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarāt, India

Key Responsibilities:
Job description of 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭
- Understanding the project requirements from collaborators & key stakeholders.
- Crafting project plans aligned with the identified requirements.
- Responsible for attaining the benchmark of productivity for the team/project(s).
- Collaborating with stakeholders to brainstorm, optimize, and finalize project plans.
- Briefing the team on the approved project plans, delivery milestones, and timelines.
- Leading on-the-ground project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Monitoring and guiding team performance to ensure adherence to milestones & timelines.
- Proactively identifying bottlenecks & communicating viable solutions along with insights.
- Receiving and promptly integrating suggestions provided by collaborators and stakeholders.
- Facilitating timely project delivery
Job requirements for 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭
- Extensive previous experience for leading project(s) and teams for synthetic chemistry program(s)
- Experience for collaboration management – building rapo with collaborator(s), priority management
- Expertise for chemistry related to synthesis of small molecule heterocycles, multi-step and complex molecules, focused libraries, chiral molecules, peptides and sugars
- Previous experience for drug design and SAR generation on relevant drug targets will be an added advantage
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills with an ability to describe and discuss scientific issues or case studies
- Good interpersonal skills
