1. Manufacturing/Production Roles – Executive/Senior Executive (Navi Mumbai & Nashik)

Job Profile:

Reliance Life Sciences is seeking highly skilled professionals for their Manufacturing and Production departments. This role involves hands-on experience in upstream biotech fractionation, downstream protein purification, industrial centrifuge, TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration), industrial filtration, and fill-finish processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing production processes for biotechnological products.

Operating and maintaining industrial equipment related to fractionation, purification, and filtration.

Ensuring the smooth execution of production protocols and timelines.

Monitoring quality control and addressing any production issues or deviations.

Documenting production activities and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry.

2-10 years of hands-on experience in the biotech manufacturing and production field.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) Roles – Executive/Senior Executive (Nashik)

Job Profile:

Reliance Life Sciences is also looking for qualified candidates to join their Quality Assurance team. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality in all phases of production, from raw material handling to final product release. The QA team plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing essential documentation, including batch records and validation protocols.

Handling change control processes and managing deviations.

Managing vendor qualifications and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant standards.

Qualifications:

M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry, or M. Pharm / B. Pharm in Biotechnology/Microbiology.

2-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance

roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
