Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile, and publish regulatory submissions for agencies such as Health Canada, US FDA, and EMA.
- Manage all aspects of submission publishing, ensuring compliance with eCTD standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate resources for submission assembly, including scanning, printing, and packaging.
- Conduct quality reviews of team members’ submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee project workflows, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address documentation needs and project priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. or related degree in Health Sciences, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the pharmaceutical regulatory industry, preferably in regulatory operations.
- Certifications: RAC certification is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong understanding of eCTD standards, regulatory guidelines, and EDMS/publishing software.
