Job Role & Responsibilities

Naari Pharma is hiring for the following positions:

1. QA Manager (5+ Years Experience)

• Oversee quality systems and compliance in line with GMP guidelines.

• Review and approve SOPs, batch records, deviations, and CAPA.

• Ensure successful regulatory inspections and audits.

• Mentor and guide the QA team.

2. QC – Instrumentation (HPLC Experience, 3+ Years)

• Perform analysis using HPLC and related analytical instruments.

• Conduct testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

• Ensure adherence to GLP and data integrity standards.

• Prepare and maintain analytical documentation.

3. QC – Documentation (2+ Years)

• Manage analytical documentation, test reports, and data records.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards.

• Support audits and regulatory submissions.

4. IPQA – Injectable (2+ Years)

• Perform in-process checks during injectable manufacturing operations.

• Ensure compliance with GMP and aseptic processing requirements.

• Monitor sterile area operations and documentation practices.

5. Production Chemist – Fresher

• Support manufacturing activities under supervision.

• Learn and implement SOPs, GMP practices, and documentation.

• Operate production equipment in compliance with safety norms.

• Great entry-level role for fresh graduates.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• QA Manager: B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 5+ years in QA.

• QC Instrumentation: B. Sc / M. Sc / B. Pharm with 3+ years HPLC experience.

• QC Documentation: B. Sc / M. Sc / B. Pharm with 2+ years documentation experience.

• IPQA Injectable: B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2+ years in sterile/injectable quality assurance.

• Production Chemist: Fresher graduates in B. Pharm / M. Pharm / Chemistry are welcome.
