Job Description:

• Create, update, and finalize templates and reports with relevant approvers.
• Identify stakeholders and manage communications for high-quality reports.
• Retrieve necessary documents from the client Shared drive.
• Ensure quality and consistency in all reports, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with medical reviewers to incorporate medical insights.
• Address feedback from stakeholders to enhance report quality.
• Conduct peer reviews and compile final documents.
• Archive all report data on the client Shared drive.
• Ensure client approval and update report tracker with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Mentor and train other team members.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of Pharmacovigilance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of aggregate report writing experience (PSUR, DSUR, or AdCO).
• Minimum 1 year of RMP writing experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
