- Position Title: Research Associate (RA)
- Salary: As per DST-SERB rules (Salary + HRA)
- Department: Chemistry & Centre of Advanced Studies in Chemistry
- Employment Type: Temporary, Co-terminus with the project
- Duration: Initial appointment for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance.
Job Description: The selected candidate will be part of a DST-SERB sponsored research project titled “Development of NIR Emitting Peptide Conjugated Metallic Nanoclusters for Effective Photothermal Therapy.” Responsibilities include research activities related to nanoconjugate and biomolecule synthesis, contributing to the project’s success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MSc, M S, M Pharm, M Tech with Ph.D. degree (or Ph.D. thesis submitted) in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Materials, Nanotechnology, allied branches.
- Prior knowledge/experience of chemical synthesis of nanoconjugates and biomolecules is preferable.
