Position: Project Technical Support III
Project Title: Insulin-loaded hyaluronic acid nanoparticle functionalized sodium alginate/PEG/gelatin scaffold for regeneration of bone in jaw bone defects
Funding Agency: Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)
Salary: Rs. 28,000/-p.m. + HRA (@9%) = Rs. 30,520 for 1st and 2nd year. Rs. 29,400/-p.m. + HRA (@9%) = Rs. 32,046 for 3rd year
Duration of Project: 3 years

Essential Educational Qualifications:
M Pharm, MS in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmacology or equivalent

Desirable Qualification and Experience:

• GPAT/GATE/NET qualified candidates will be preferred.
• Candidates having experience in the design and development of scaffold and composite material will be given preference.
• Experience or basic knowledge in handling laboratory animals is preferable.

Job Profile: The primary focus areas of the project are:

1. Development, evaluation, and characterization of scaffold and composite materials
2. Induction of bone tissue degeneration in different animal models (Wistar rat, albino mice, New Zealand white rabbits)
3. Basic skills in writing manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and project progress report
