Medical Coder Trainee
Any person with a background in life sciences is eligible.
The set of skills has to be:

• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
• Getting certified as a medical coder
• Knowing how to use ICD10 CM, CPT, HCPCS, modifiers, NCCI edits, and recommendations
• Strong clinical understanding in the areas of anatomy and physiology

What you need to do:

• Going through patients’ medical data and giving them the right codes
• Making sure that government and insurance rules are followed

Interview Process:

HR round: Look at your conversation skills and how well you fit in general.
Round of operations: Test your knowledge of medical terms and how to code
Last round: Make sure it fits with the company’s values and goals.
