Job Role: Medical Coder – MCC | Requisition Number: 2296761
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assign ICD-10 and/or CPT-4 codes with at least 95% accuracy.
- Code both inpatient and outpatient records daily as per unit schedule.
- Abstract and index medical records for planning and reimbursement.
- Review and participate in audit processes, team meetings, and coding updates.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation and code compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Certifications: Valid CPC, CCS, CIC, or COC from AAPC or AHIMA (mandatory)
- Experience:
- G23 Level: 0 to 2+ years (Certified Freshers Eligible)
- G24 Level: 3 to 5 years of experience
