Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Medical Officer (Full Time):
   • Recognized Vidyapithachi M.B.B.S. Degree.
   • Registration with Maharashtra Medical Council is mandatory.
   • Experience in the relevant field of Govt/Private is required.
2. Staff Nurse (Female):
   • 12th passed and General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or BSc Nursing/ GNM.
   • Maharashtra Nursing Registration is mandatory.
3. Staff Nurse (Male):
   • A.N.M.:
   • 10th pass and A.N.M. Passed the course.
   • Registration with Maharashtra Nursing Council is mandatory.
4. Druggist:
   • B Pharm Graduate or D, Pharm with Pharmacy Council Registration.
5. Epidemiologist:
   • Any Medical Graduate with MPH, MHA, MBA in Health.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed format to the Health Department, 3rd Floor, Namumpa Headquarters, Plot No.1, Sec. 15 O, Near Killegavthan, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai 400614. Applications will be accepted from 17/01/2024 to 31/01/2024.

Guidelines for the recruitment of vacancies under the National Civil Health Mission, as part of the National Health Mission, Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

An advertisement for filling vacancies for approved posts under the National Civil Health Mission is available on the website https://www.nmmc.gov.in. General instructions/information regarding the application process are provided as follows.

After thoroughly reviewing all instructions, applicants should submit their applications in the prescribed manner. The candidate’s qualification or disqualification will be determined based on the provided sample information in the application and the certificates/documents submitted during the interview. The acceptance of the application or inclusion in the further selection process does not imply the candidate’s final selection. If, at any stage during or after the selection process, it is discovered that the applicant lacks the prescribed qualifications or is ineligible for any reason, the selection of such a candidate will be immediately canceled.

Instructions for the application process:

1. The above-mentioned posts are on a contract basis, and the appointment will be for a period of 6 months.
2. All candidates must fill out the application form within the prescribed period mentioned in the advertisement.
3. All information provided in the application should be filled in accurately. Once filled, the information will be considered final and cannot be changed, even via phone communication.
4. A direct interview for the post of Medical Officer will be conducted on 31/01/2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, including registration, scrutiny, and scrutiny of original documents. The interview for candidates will also take place on the same day.
5. For Staff Nurse (Female), Staff Nurse (Male), A.N.M., Pharmacist, and Epidemiologist positions, the fully filled application form and all required documents should be submitted in person (by hand) or by courier to the Health Department, 3rd Floor, Narmumpa Headquarters, Plot no. 1, Sec. 15A, Near Kille Gavthan, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai-400614, from 17/01/2024 to 31/01/2024. Applications received after the given deadline will not be considered. (Ensure that applications submitted by post/courier reach this office within the prescribed period. Please note that late applications will not be entertained.)

Age Limit:

1. As per the Government decision dated 25th April 2016, the maximum age limit for the post, as of the last date of application, is:
   • a) 38 years for the unreserved category
   • b) 43 years for the reserved category.
2. According to the letter dated 25th May 2019 from the Hon’ble Commissioner of Health Services and Mission Director, National Civil Health Mission Mumbai, the last date of application for MBBS, Specialist, and Super Specialist candidates only.
