Position: Pharmacovigilance (Drug Safety Associate)

• Company: Novotech

• Experience Required: 2-4 years in pharmacovigilance or clinical research
• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Life Sciences degree
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), including Serious Adverse Events (SAEs), SUSARs, and Adverse Events (AEs)
• Monitoring and managing clinical trial safety data and post-marketing surveillance
• Preparing and maintaining Safety Management Plans (SMPs)
• Managing pharmacovigilance databases and performing case processing
• Conducting literature reviews to identify adverse event reports
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines
• Supporting audit and inspection activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or a degree in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, etc.)
• Additional certifications in clinical trials or pharmacovigilance are a plus

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance within a CRO or pharmaceutical company
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research methodologies
• Proficiency in pharmacovigilance software and safety databases
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy
