2. Process R&D
   • Designation: Executive/Sr.Executive
   • Qualification: MSc Chemistry
   • Experience: 2-6 years
   • Key Skills: Experience in Plant Process R&D (Experimental work, Cost-effective Process Development, support in Scale-up Process, etc.).
3. AR&D (Analytical Research & Development)
   • Designation: Executive/Sr Executive/Jr Manager
   • Qualification: BSc/MSc Chemistry
   • Experience: 2-10 years
   • Key Skills: Responsible for Analytical method validations (HPLC/GC Exp preferred).
