Job Role & Responsibilities

Executive – Quality Assurance (3–5 Years Experience)

• Review of documents including BMRs, BPRs, analytical reports, and logbooks.
• Review deviations, incidents, change controls, and protocols, forwarding them for QA approval.
• Prepare and execute process validation activities as per protocols.
• Conduct Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
• Review printed artworks for compliance against approved versions.
• Monitor IPQA activities such as granulation, blending, compression, coating, and packing (blister Alu-Alu & bottle packing).

Junior Executive – Quality Assurance (0–2 Years Experience)

• Perform line clearance for dispensing, manufacturing, and packing activities.
• Dispense raw and packaging materials for batch manufacturing.
• Monitor IPQA activities (granulation, blending, encapsulation, compression, coating, packing).
• Sample in-process and finished product materials.
• Issue and review batch documents (MWO, BMR, BPR).

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education:
  • B.Pharm, M.Pharm (all specializations)
  • M.Sc/MS in Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry.
• Experience:
  • Executive QA: 3–5 years
  • Junior Executive QA: 0–2 years
• Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of cGMP, QMS, deviation handling, CAPA, and validation activities.
  • Proficiency in document review, batch processing, and quality compliance.
  • Strong understanding of IPQA and regulatory practices.
