The recruitment drive is aimed at hiring Operators, Officers, and Senior Executives for its API manufacturing facility located at RIICO Industrial Area, Kaladwas (Extn.), Udaipur, Rajasthan.

 Job Overview

Job Role: Production (Officer/Sr. Officer & Executive/Sr. Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to GMP, FDA, and regulatory guidelines within the manufacturing area.

• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution for timely delivery.

• Execute equipment qualification and maintain SOPs related to batch processing.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow.

• Maintain accurate batch production records (BMR/BPR).

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while optimizing cost and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in API or chemical manufacturing is preferred.

• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with QAMS, CAPA, Change Control systems.

• Must be detail-oriented with a proactive approach to production optimization.

Job Role: Engineering (Officer/Sr. Officer & Operator/Sr. Operator)

Key Responsibilities (Officer/Sr. Officer):

• Conduct preventive, breakdown, and general maintenance of API utility equipment.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and suggest performance-improving solutions.

• Proficient in managing HVAC, Purified Water Systems, and equipment PM via SAP and QAMS.

• Draft and execute protocols for equipment qualification (FAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).

Key Responsibilities (Operator/Sr. Operator):

• Operate and maintain critical utility systems like brine chillers, hot water systems, and vacuum pumps.

• Identify inefficiencies and maintain records of maintenance activity.

• Good working knowledge of HVAC and purified water systems.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: ITI (Fitter), Diploma (Mechanical), BE/B.Tech (Mechanical).

• Prior experience in API engineering utilities and plant maintenance is preferred.

• Strong technical understanding and ability to read engineering diagrams and maintenance protocols..
