2. Complete Required Trainings:
   • Ensure timely completion of required trainings.
3. Manage Day-to-Day Tasks:
   • Oversee day-to-day tasks, ensuring both quality and productivity.
4. Document Management:
   • Manage project and technical documentation efficiently.
5. Administrative and Technical Support:
   • Provide necessary support to internal departments as needed.
6. Quality Checks:
   • Perform checks to ensure the quality of completed work.
7. Issue Resolution:
   • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
8. Metrics Tracking:
   • Track and report metrics as determined by management.
9. Process Improvement:
   • Assist with the implementation of revised processes and procedures.
10. Additional Duties:
    • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
