Position Overview: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – In-vivo Biology (Oncology)

Key Responsibilities

As a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate in the In-vivo Oncology team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-vivo efficacy studies using murine models including subcutaneous tumor xenografts, allografts, and humanized models.

• Performing dosing, tissue collection, and biomarker analysis from test subjects.

• Proficiency in ELISA, protein Western blotting, and mRNA quantification.

• Culturing and maintaining cancer cell lines using aseptic techniques.

• Working independently and contributing to preclinical oncology programs for drug discovery and development.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and adhering to GLP standards in experimental design and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• M.Pharm (Pharmacology) or MVSc in Pharmacology or a related life sciences domain.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical R&D setting.

• Strong technical expertise in in-vivo animal studies and oncology models.

• Good understanding of laboratory techniques such as ELISA, Western Blotting, RNA expression analysis.

• Familiarity with oncology therapeutics and biomarkers will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
