Role: Trainee

Department: Parenteral Manufacturing & Packing

Qualification: Fresher – Diploma Eng , D Pharma , BSc

About the Department & Responsibilities:

As part of the Synthesis R&D department, you will be responsible for:

• Performing final inspection and manufacturing of casting machining parts with proper monitoring
• Conducting in-process and final inspections for development parts
• Controlling processes to reduce internal customer complaints
• Coordinating with production department for non-conformities
• Ensuring final inspection compliance with standard requirements
• Monitoring and maintaining instrument calibration
• Demonstrating basic knowledge of measuring instruments
• Technical awareness of manufacturing processes
