Requirements: We are looking for freshers who have recently completed their B Pharm, M Pharm, MSC Analytical, or Pharm D degrees.

Available Positions:

1. Junior Clinical Research Associates (Jr CRAs)
   • Department: Clinical Trials (CT) / Bioavailability-Bioequivalence (BA-BE)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the conduct of clinical trials and BA-BE studies under the guidance of senior team members.
2. Learn and apply pharmacovigilance principles and practices.
3. Participate in data collection, entry, and analysis for ongoing projects.
4. Assist in preparing study reports and documentation as required.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
6. Adhere to regulatory guidelines and quality standards in all activities.

Required Skills:

1. Strong academic background in pharmacy or life sciences.
2. Good understanding of clinical research and pharmacovigilance concepts.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
