Business Development CDMO / CMO Operations (Global Portfolio Team)

Department: Business Development

Designation: Deputy Manager , Manager

Qualification: B Pharm , M Pharm , MBA

Experience: 4-6 years

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying partners for CDMO / CMO / CDO projects.
• Managing the commercial aspects and decision-making of CDMO and CMO projects.
• Negotiating supply prices and project costs with partners.
• Preparing business cases for go/no-go reviews by the management.
• Cost sheet preparation and evaluation.
• Evaluating cost parameters to keep cost revisions within limits.
• Facilitating cross-functional alignment with New Product Launch, Commercial Operations, and Supply Chain Teams.

Skills and Understanding Required:

• Understanding of product costing and margins.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Alliance management with external CDMO and CMO partners.
• Decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
